CHILDCARE:

Subject to cancelation if no children registered by 9PM night before.

 

LATE CANCEL:

If you late cancel (6 hours before your scheduled class) or no-show, you will be charged a late cancel/no-show fee of $10. If you are on class packages, you will not be charged a $10 fee but will lose your class. If you are having difficulty canceling your scheduled class, text (949) 338-8844.  Many of our classes have limited availability so please respect your fellow members by giving up your reserved spot.

 

MEMBERSHIP HOLD POLICY:

You can freeze your autopay schedule at any time for a fee of $25 per month. The freeze is activated at the start of the next billing cycle and can be requested in monthly increments for up to 3 months total every calendar year. Our team needs a 14 day notice to freeze your account. 3, 6, and Annual memberships do not have the ability to be held.

 

AUTOPAY CANCELLATION POLICY:

You may cancel your autopay membership anytime after 3 months with minimum 30 days notice prior to your scheduled auto pay. In case of a price increase, if you terminate your membership, you are not eligible for your previous rate.
